All shirt will be made as DTG(direct to garment) printed shirts via printful.com - Shirts will no longer be made with heat transfer vinyl. Any questions feel free to contact me!

All t-shirt turnaround time: UP TO 1-2 weeks (this includes any shirt already in my shop)
Completely custom shirts that are not in my shop may require a few extra days for design.
*Remember these turnaround times are prior to shipping. Once shipped it's up to the carrier on how long it will take. Expedited shipping available*

I am still taking custom invitation orders per request. I offer print at home or printed (via Vistaprint, SmartPress or Walmart). Please message me to start an order!

→Please keep in mind, colors may appear different on paper than they do on the monitor screen.
→I recommend printing off a sample before setting to print all of them! (Print at home only)
→The customer is responsible for printing (unless ordering printed invitations). Once I have e-mailed you your high resolution files, printing is out of my hands.
→All my files are true to size so if there are any issues with sizing then you must contact your printers and double check the paper size you bought and compare to the file size you purchased from me.
→Orders may stay open for as long as you like. If I do not hear from you I will contact you to see where we are at. I am not trying to bug you but just trying to stay in touch!
→I can't keep an APPROVED invitation design order on stand-by for more than 1 week. If after 5 days of approving the proof you need to make a change, you will be charged a $10 revision/redesign fee per file.

→for helping you to figure out how to print using your home printer nor to provide troubleshooting assistance.
→if you need assistance with adding bleed to a file please let me know prior to approving or within the 5 days after purchase so that I can add it in without having to charge you the $5 revision fee.
→I cannot recommend what type of paper to use.. (NOTE: most files should be printed on white paper-unless otherwise discussed) I will let you know what I use or what site I have gotten paper from; but if you are not satisfied with how they printed I am not responsible.

**Southern Arrow Designs print at home files are for personal use only. You may not use them or any part of the design for any type of commercial use. No reselling or commercial use of any kind or modifying files.
Since these files are digital and e-mailed to your e-mail, I cannot allow refunds once order is placed.**
